Musculoskeletal screenings are where we gather information about your injury history prior to training. We assess where you're at, potential risk factors, and more to ensure your training program is tailored to your specific needs.
Medical Exercise is a customized exercise program. Clients of Medical Exercise find they are able to better manage a variety of chronic medical conditions.
Beyond that, they also find they are better able to manage the aging process!
Each program is designed specifically for each client and duration of the program is based on goals and needs.
Coaching can be done from the comfort of your home, over Zoom, or in my in-home studio.
Dancing is a fun way to sharpen the mind, improve stability, increase range of motion and flexibility, and lift your mood!
Our twice-a-week online Dance and Movement class also provides you with a supportive online community.
Barre is a hybrid workout class that combines elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training.
Our Barre Above program focuses on developing strength and flexibility throughout your body, allowing you to age with grace and ease.
Functional Training works to train and prepare your muscles for all your everyday tasks. As you train, you'll find it easier to move, bend, twist, and walk through every day of your life!
